No, Unfortunately Bay Dreams does not do pass-outs, once you’re out, you’re out.

IS BAY DREAMS BYO DRINKS & FOOD?

>

No Bay Dreams is not a BYO event.

Alcohol, food and non-alcoholic beverages can be purchased inside the festival.

You can bring in your own empty water bottle, you can fill these up inside at the free water stations.

We have multiple food vendors onsite who cater to all dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan GF & DF requirements.

IS A NAME CHANGE NECESSARY?

Yes your name has to match the ticket and your ID. Your ID will be checked at the gate upon entry.

If you want to change the name on your ticket you need to use the official name transfer system.

HOW DO I PURCHASE FOOD, DRINKS OR OTHER GOODS AT BAY DREAMS?

Bay Dreams uses a Cashless Payment System called Wayver for all food, drinks and merchandise.

NO ENTRY AT THE GATES WILL BE PERMITTED TO ANYONE INTOXICATED

Breathalysers may be used, refusal to conduct a test will result in denied access to the festival.

DO I NEED TO CREATE AN ACCOUNT WITH FLICKET TO PURCHASE TICKETS?

No - You do not need to create an account or log in to purchase tickets. You can purchase your tickets as a guest.

Once you have purchased your tickets, an account will automatically be created for you and your tickets will be stored under it. This way you can log back into Flicket using your email address and find your tickets.

HOW DO I LOGIN TO FLICKET TO FIND MY TICKETS?

Step 1.

Go to https://trademark.flicket.co.nz/

If you haven't set up an account/password - Send yourself a login link by entering your email address and selecting "Log-In"

Open up your email and find the email from Flicket. Click "Login to your account." This will log you in without needing a password.

If you have set up a password - use your email address and password to login.

If you want to create a password - select "Forgot your password?" This will send you an email where you can set up a password.

Step 3.

Once you've logged in, click your initials on the top right-hand corner and select "My Tickets." A list of your tickets should appear here.

HOW DO I NAME MY TICKET / RENAME A TICKET

Step 1.

Go into your confirmation email and select "Access your tickets"

Alternatively login to your account on Flicket.

Step 2.

Select "View Tickets"

Step 3.

Select "Edit Ticket"

Step 4.

Enter in the required details (name, email etc...) and select "Save Changes"

*** Alternatively, if this ticket is not for you, you can copy the link to the ticket (using the "Copy Link" button) and send it to the ticket holder so they can fill in their own details.

Please note: There is a $20 name change fee

WHERE'S MY TICKET

Once you have completed purchasing all of your tickets, you will receive an email confirming your ticket purchase. To minimise fraud for Bay Dreams 2023 there will be a print delay on all tickets so you will not receive your actual tickets until approx 2 weeks before the event.

You will receive your tickets via the registered email after this date.

CAN I BUY TICKETS AT THE GATE WHEN I ARRIVE AT THE FESTIVAL?

We have a history of selling out prior. It’s not worth the risk!

I HAVE A PROMO CODE - HOW DO I USE IT?

>

Promo Codes are entered on the payment page, the last stage of your purchase.

Enter your promo code and select "Apply Code"

This will automatically add your discount which you will be able to see under order details on the right

CAN I GET A REFUND OR TRANSFER MY TICKET?
